# Low Cement Castable Supplier in Indonesia

Low Cement Castable (LCC) is a cast-in-place heat-resistant (refractory) material with a low cement content, used to line furnaces, kilns and ladles. We supply grade TSLC 75 (Al₂O₃ at least 75%, service temperature at least 1,700 °C) for nickel smelting.

Low Cement Castable (LCC) is a monolithic refractory for high temperatures, made of fine and coarse aggregates, a binder system and additives. Its cement content is lower than conventional castables, typically less than 3% by weight, giving higher density, better thermal shock resistance and lower porosity.

LCC is used in the steel, cement, petrochemical and power generation industries to line furnaces, kilns, ladles and other high-temperature equipment.

**Plastic ramming.** We also supply plastic ramming, a refractory installed by ramming it in place. Values from our brochure: Al₂O₃ at least 70%, SiO₂ at most 20%, Fe₂O₃ at most 1.2%, P₂O₅ at most 3.0%, bulk density at least 2.4 g/cm³. Both products can be matched to your furnace.
