PAX (potassium amyl xanthate). A very strong collector for all sulphide ores, including copper-nickel sulphide ore, zinc ore, and gold bound in pyrite. PAX is not very selective and tends to float iron sulphides as well, unless it is used with depressants.

SIBX (sodium isobutyl xanthate). A strong collector for non-ferrous metal sulphide ores, mainly copper, lead and zinc. SIBX works especially well on copper ores and on pyrite.

Other types in our range: sodium ethyl xanthate, sodium isopropyl xanthate and potassium isobutyl xanthate. All are pellets with a purity of at least 90%.

Xanthate packs carry hazard labels and are shipped under dangerous goods regulations. Follow the safety data sheet (SDS) when handling it. Contact us for the specification of each type and a quotation.
